It's a small little tube, you can find it for your local Longs Drugs, Walmart, Walgreen etc. The Neutrogena OTS is pricey for it's size, if you know you will end up using a lot you can even get the Clear Skin Regimen 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide gel at (Also a great method to obtain information btw)
Benzoyl Peroxide can and most likely will dry out your skin. That is why I would also recommend getting a lotion for your skin.
I recommend Cetaphil lotion, put it on as needed, usually in the morning after applying benzoyl peroxide.
There are also many myths surrounding acne, I'll address a couple of.
Your Diet
There isn't set ground for your diet, most people are different. Myself as an example, chocolate will break me out almost instantly, but I can eat the maximum amount of fried foods as I want and turn into fine. If you know something breaks you out, obviuosly stay the fuck from it.
Acne has become known to be caused by friend foods, dairy products, chocolate, sugars, meat among some to read. None of these are in cement, see what works in your case.
Also, just increase your overall health and your acne will improve. While there are numerous foods which don't exactly break get you started, it will be best in the future to stay away from proccessed, greasy, and sugary foods.
Sleep
If you will get on a regular sleep schedule, your acne should progress.
How to TREAT acne
By all means, do NOT pop a pimple, should you don't obtain the clump of dirt/dust/oil out, it is going to bury itself deeper into your epidermis and your pimple will just get deeper and greater. Scarring can and likely will occur in the event you pop your pimple.

Try to keep away out of your pimples, do not touch them.
Remember that physical scars can happen from pimples even in case you do not wreak havoc on them. However this is rare, so don't touch your pimples.

1. Red mark - These probably will last 1-3 months, then they go away. hooray.
